Refund Policy

• Your first week is free: no charge until it ends.
• Monthly subscriptions: no refund after day 7 of the billing period.
• If Closeli cancels your service for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund for the current period.
• If a companion doesn't show up without at least 4 hours' notice, the session is credited to your next month.

• Payouts are processed within 7 days of month end.
• Disputed sessions are reviewed by Closeli within 48 hours.
• Chargebacks initiated against completed, verified sessions trigger account suspension while we investigate.
